We know that SEO is much more than keywords. It’s an intrinsic tool to enable advanced website visibility, performance, and management. To achieve that, you need strategic thinking and creative implementation. To be our SEO Specialist, you’ll have both in spades. Finally Agency is seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to help improve and optimise websites, content, and campaigns - helping our growing portfolio of clients reach their full potential. You’ll serve as a strategic partner to our clients as part of our Digital team - the people who generate the results and rewards our clients crave. You’ll help inform clients by conducting in-depth keyword research, reporting and analysis to ensure we’re targeting the right B2B customers, uncovering opportunities for optimisation, and seeking to improve current website content and the user experience. Our requirements At least 2.5-3 years of SEO experience - preferably in a marketing agency setting. Experience with migrating complex large-domain websites. Familiarity with global SEO considerations. Has robust technical knowledge and can diagnose and solve edge cases. Comfortable working with large data sets in Google Sheets/Excel. Comfortable with a range of analytics software (e.g. Data Studio, Google Analytics 4). Comfortable working with the Digital team to gather data and insights to inform SEO decision-making. Proficient in user intent analysis. Can work with the Content team to deliver well-optimised and high-performing content. Can jointly deliver projects that span SEO and other marketing channels. Confidence in presenting to stakeholders in a client organisation. A passion for the engineering and manufacturing industries (not essential, but a plus!). The role Conduct in-depth research to target the right B2B audience for our growing portfolio of clients in the engineering and manufacturing sectors. Understand client strategic goals and obtain buy-in on their needs and priorities. Oversee the creation and implementation of an SEO Growth Strategy. Assess and uncover content opportunities and provide recommendations to boost traction and performance. Assist with website migration projects, ensuring a smooth transition with minimal SEO impact. Implement technical SEO best practices to improve website crawlability and indexation. Generate SEO reports to track progress and measure impact. Create and initiate new SEO processes from the ground up.
