Working on a variety of client projects across a range of industries. Regularly analyse website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMRush. Produce reports on SEO statistics, interpreting data to inform and enhance SEO strategies. Assist in the implementation of SEO strategies to improve website rankings and visibility. Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for content optimisation. Perform on-page and off-page SEO tasks, including meta tag creation, link sourcing & building, and content optimisation. Conduct technical audits and resolve identified issues to improve website and search performance, or liaise with the development team as needed. Backlink management. Assist with the preparation of new client audits. Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends and search engine algorithm updates. Required

1+ years experience of working in an SEO role – e.g. SEO agency or freelance work. We will consider candidates with SEO experience in an inhouse role if they can demonstrate relevant experience and knowledge. Must be able to provide examples of previous work, such as optimised web pages, SEO reports, or keyword research documentation. Experience and general understanding of SEO and PPC. Familiarity with modern search marketing. Knowledge of Google products e.g. Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, Ads. A strong interest in SEO and a willingness to learn are essential. A proactive attitude and a willingness to collaborate with different departments to achieve SEO goals. Beneficial (but not essential)

A working knowledge of different website platforms, e.g. WordPress, Magento, Shopify, Wix. A working knowledge of SEMRush. Experience of creating and managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping). Online Courses and Certifications: Completing SEO courses from platforms like Coursera or Udemy, and obtaining certifications in Google Analytics, Semrush, and Google Ads. Experience of setting up Google Tag Manager tracking. Skill Requirements
