My client is looking for an experienced Server Engineer to join a rapidly growing MSP. Your role is integral in ensuring that servers operate at peak performance, are secure, and are resilient to downtime. You will provide expert-level support for server-related issues, manage system configurations, lead disaster recovery planning, and drive automation efforts to optimize performance.

Requirements: Proactively manage, monitor, and optimize servers for a portfolio of over 250 clients. Lead patch management strategies, ensuring timely and secure updates across server environments. Implement and manage backup, recovery, and disaster recovery solutions, ensuring business continuity. Troubleshoot and resolve complex server-related incidents, acting as the escalation point for critical server issues. Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and implement performance enhancements and ensure high availability. Provide expert advice and solutions for server architecture, scalability, and security. Maintain and refine documentation, system configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
