Tracking price changes Customer Service Sales order Processing Raising quotations Answering phones and dealing with customer queries Allocating jobs to engineers Ordering goods and parts Using internal CRM system on a daily basis Updating spreadsheets Typing e-mails and correspondence
Skills/Experience:
Admin support experience required Good grasp of Maths is important Excellent communication and customer service skills Flexible and adaptable Ability to move items within the warehouse Good IT skills including Microsoft Word and Excel Experience of using a CRM system is beneficial
