Salary:

£27,000 - £29,000 Our client, a leading company, is looking for a detail-oriented Service Administrator to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised and thrives in fast-paced environments. Responsibilities:

Act as the central point of contact for service-related inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional communication with clients and internal teams. Coordinate and schedule service appointments, managing calendars and assigning tasks to technicians or field teams. Monitor service delivery, ensuring timely completion of jobs and maintaining high-quality standards. Process service requests and track their progress in the company's database or CRM system. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, service contracts, and warranties. Liaise with customers to provide updates, resolve complaints, and ensure satisfaction. Generate and analyse service reports to identify trends and areas for improvement. Assist with invoicing, billing, and other administrative tasks related to service operations. Support the development and implementation of new service procedures and protocols. Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure alignment and seamless customer service delivery. Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience in a service coordination, administrative, or customer service role. Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients and colleagues. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software; familiarity with scheduling tools is a plus. Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and accuracy. A proactive attitude and ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Knowledge of the company's industry or technical services is advantageous but not essential.
