Service Advisor/Administrator

£26,000 – £29,000 (DOE)
I am delighted to be working with a leading commercial vehicles company, who due to expansion, are looking for a Service Advisor person to join them on a permanent basis!
Working hours – Shift work per rota and business needs (47 hour contract)
Shifts between hours of:
Monday to Thursday (8am-9pm)
Friday (8am-6pm)
Saturday (biweekly from 8am-2pm)
The role:
Confident first point of contact for customers.
Generating, amending and updating service schedules.
Vehicle and customer database management.
Outbound sales and customer care calls, managing key client relationships.
Monitoring and ensuring work is on schedule in the vehicle workshop.
Liaising with workshop foreman for job planning, efficiency and profitability.
Always ensure customer satisfaction.
About you:
Customer service/administration experience.
Excellent organisational skills and adaptable.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong telephone communication.
Have a full driving license.
