Responsibilities for an Service Advisor
- Provide exceptional customer service through professional telephone and in-person interactions, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Create job orders and maintain customer and machine records.
- Generate invoices, provide cost estimates, and communicate repair timelines to customers.
- Coordinate with customers to schedule breakdowns, repairs, services, and follow up on customer satisfaction.
Requirements for Service Advisor
- Previous experience within the Automotive trade
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Confident on the phone
- Good attention to detail
