Service Advisor
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 6:00pm, with Saturdays on a 1-in-3 rota basis. Salary:
Competitive basic salary of up to £33,000 p.a., depending on experience. Bonus:
Uncapped bonus opportunities on upselling, offering an OTE of up to £44,000 p.a.

We are currently advertising on behalf of a reputable Automotive Car Dealership who are recruiting for a Service Advisor to assist in their busy Service Department in the Croydon area.
Minimum Requirements: A working experience within a Service Advisor role. The ability to upsell on service work and service plans. Customer focused and an excellent communicator. Familiarity with using Motor Dealership Database Software.
Responsibilities: Professionally communicate with customers about service and repair work required on their vehicle. Produce Job Cards on in-house computer systems. Update Customers and Vehicle Records. Prepare and complete Invoices. Advise customers on estimated costs of repairs and timescales of work due to be completed. Other ad-hoc duties as the role requires.
For your hard work, our client is offering a salary of up to £33,000 with OTE of circa £44,000.
