Service Advisor

will use excellent communication skills with customers and be sure to retain them for the future. You will need to work with your team to maximize upsell opportunities while amazing our customers with your level of customer service. This is a great opportunity for an experienced

Working closely with customers to arrange and plan out servicing and repairs on their vehicles. Provide accurate estimates for servicing and repairs, ensuring the customer is fully aware of the likely costs and timescales involved and setting expectations accordingly. Work with colleagues across the dealership (including parts, technicians, and sales) to provide the best service. Organise the collection and delivery of cars for servicing. Encourage the sale of parts, accessories, and service plans whenever possible, acting on opportunities to sell additional products/services and market current promotions. Contact customers to update on workshop progress, agreeing on any additional spends. Follow key processes to achieve excellent customer service and upsell targets. Write job cards and brief technicians on work coming in. Deliver excellent customer service at all times. Your Skills

Relevant experience in a main dealer. Be an experienced

Service Advisor . Have excellent interpersonal skills and a desire to deliver great service. Work well under pressure. Have a desire to strive and hit sales targets. Understanding of computer systems such as e-mail, using online training, and manufacturer technical systems. What we offer
