What the role involves

• Senior Data Architect We are seeking a Senior Data Architect to lead the design and evolution of our enterprise data ecosystem.
• Leading the development and optimization of Databricks Lakehouse architecture using Bronze, Silver, and Gold data layers.
• Maintain Salesforce data models, integration frameworks, and customer data strategies.
• Supporting analytics, reporting, and AI/ML initiatives through high-quality, accessible data.
• Driving best practices for Data.

Skills and requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Data Architecture or related leadership roles.
• ~ Experience designing enterprise-scale data models and data integration frameworks.
• ~ Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP platforms such as Sage Intacct, Net.
• ~ Experience supporting AI/ML and advanced analytics initiatives.

Additional role context

• Design and implement enterprise-wide data architecture and data models across CRM, ERP, and business systems.
• Design scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and data integration solutions.
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate business requirements into data solutions.
