About the Role We are seeking a skilled Property Service Charge Accountant to join our clients finance team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for preparing, managing, and reviewing service charge accounts across our residential and commercial property portfolio. This is a great opportunity to work within a collaborative environment, supporting our property managers and clients with accurate financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities Prepare and reconcile service charge budgets and expenditures Ensure all service charge accounts comply with relevant regulations Collaborate with property managers to provide accurate, timely financial reports Handle year-end accounts and assist in audit processes
Requirements Proven experience in service charge accounting or property finance Strong knowledge of property accounting software (e.g., Qube, Tramps) Proficiency in Excel and general financial reporting High attention to detail and excellent communication skills Relevant accounting qualifications (e.g., AAT, ACCA) – preferred
