A renowned housing association in the local community is looking for a Service Charge Specialist for an initial period of 3-6 months. The organisation's aim is to be local, visible, and supportive to its community whilst providing excellent customer service to their tenants. They are looking for someone with Service Charge experience to come in and add value to the role. Responsibilities:

Support in delivering service charge accounts and preparation of annual budget Making recommendations for budgets Analysing and manipulating data from Excel Working in collaboration with Service Charge colleagues Requirements:
