Job Title: Service Co-Ordinator Hours: 37.5 Monday - Friday - 9:00 am till 5:00 pm Job Location: Leicester - Hybrid As our Service Coordinator , From a Quality Assurance retail background, you will: Effectively coordinate key account service requests within the Consumer Retail Services portfolio. Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure smooth contract management and client satisfaction. Support branch activities through administrative functions and invoicing processes. Key Responsibilities Provide accurate information on inspection and conformity assessment services. Manage client accounts profitably, ensuring financial targets are met. Coordinate client account activities to meet and exceed expectations. Assist in expanding SGS’s client portfolio. Ensure prompt and accurate billing, including affiliate bill processing. Represent SGS at client meetings, conferences, and exhibitions. Support the development of the client database. Implement effective procedures to ensure continuity of service. Ensure affiliate compliance with SOPs for service delivery. Essential Skills & Knowledge Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain accuracy. Excellent organizational and IT skills, particularly in Word and Excel. A willingness to learn and adapt to change. Desirable Skills & Knowledge Knowledge of import/export processes. Experience working in time-sensitive service environments. Essential Experience Customer-facing or customer care roles. Working under deadlines and prioritizing workloads. Effective teamwork and strong communication skills. Desirable Experience Project coordination. International trade compliance. Essential Qualifications GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics (grades A*–C). Higher education (A-Level or equivalent). Desirable Qualifications University degree or equivalent.
