A Service Care Plan Administrator’s role is to deal with a variety of administrative tasks/issues in relation to Service Contracts, this is a critical part of Olympus KeyMed’s Medical UK business. Key responsibilities
Supporting field-based staff with regard to various administration tasks Updating & maintaining data within corporate business systems and Microsoft Excel spreadsheets Raising Service Care Plan proposals and composing customer correspondence Answering incoming telephone calls and dealing with general customer queries Providing support to other areas within the department as required Manipulation of large data sets using Excel and Qlikview Undertake ad hoc analysis as and when required Minimum Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a complex administration role - desirable. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with and present to senior stakeholders. Ability to present complex information in a simple and effective way. Must be able to demonstrate strategic thinking and problem solving. Accurate with a keen eye for detail. Excellent ICT skills. Advanced working knowledge of Excel. Experience of working with QlikView would be an advantage but not essential. Ability to work as part of a team. Needs to be able to demonstrate creative thinking.
