Due to an internal promotion, we now have an opportunity for someone to join our highly collaborative team in Livingston as the Service Contracts Team Leader. Working in this role, you will provide guidance and instruction to the team, while managing the day to day workload carried out by the Service Contracts team members, ensuring the efficient administration and profitable sale of new service business and renewals of approximately 1,500 recurring revenue contracts. The Service Contracts Team Leader will understand the profitability targets set within our business and work with the Recurring Revenue Manager, Global Service Director and Sales Leadership Team to meet them. Key Responsibilities: Decision making based on Kinly shared strategies, latest business intelligence and industry trends Ensuring all opportunities to sell new service and increase recurring revenues are dealt with efficiently, meeting targets and deadlines that are agreed with sales account managers and clients Working with Account Managers to assist them in securing recurring revenue orders Leading by example to send accurate renewal documentation on time in accordance with the documented renewal process Driving the renewal cycle with team members to ensure process milestones are being met Database administration; creating new and amending existing records to maintain accurate and comprehensive records of client inventories and recurring revenue contract database Processing renewals to the finance department for invoicing and revenue recognition Assisting with managing new contract on-boarding to ensure a smooth service transition Management of accuracy of sales pipeline data (Hubspot), ensuring team members follow processes Providing reporting of monthly recurring revenue activity to Recurring Revenue Manager Providing leadership and mentorship to all team members By example, promoting and driving team collaboration and interactions with all stakeholders Skills and experience: Proven experience working in a similar role, in a commercially driven environment Experience in a profit driven department Strong passion and understanding of the Service Contract renewal cycle and for driving the upselling of revenue opportunities Organised with a great attention for detail Experienced leading a team
