Due to fast growing business in the UK, we are currently looking for a Heavy Machine Service Coordinator to join our young and friendly team. Below are the details:
Key Responsibilities:
Arrange and book machine service appointments via telephone and email. Create customer invoices and provide customer updates on works completed. Control of depot parts stock including allocation to service jobs and customer sales. Allocate work schedules to the service team. Work alongside the sales department on the preparation of new machines. Submit warranty claims following completion of works. What We Expect From You:
Ability to provide tailored customer service to a varied customer base, with regular communication updates. Strong team player who is willing to support colleagues with additional tasks when required. Ability to work on your own initiative in a fast-paced depot environment while maintaining high attention to detail. Job Type:
