Neos Engineering are working with a large Heavy Plant Machinery supplier who are looking for a Service Controller within the plant industry to join the team! This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate to join a well-known & well-established organisation!
The ideal candidate for the role is someone who has worked in a similar position and possesses the following qualifications:
Experience in service control within the heavy machinery sector.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities will include:
Coordinating service schedules and managing service requests.
Maintaining communication with clients and service teams.
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
