Neos Engineering are working with a large Heavy Plant Machinery supplier who are looking for a Service Controller within the plant industry to join the team! This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate to join a well-known & well-established organisation!
The ideal candidate for the role is someone who has worked in a similar position within the Agricultural, Plant, Heavy Plant, or Quarrying industries. You will have knowledge of this machinery and be able to understand common faults, parts, and challenges that come with them!
The day-to-day role of the Service Controller involves liaising with the company's clients & engineers to ensure the best possible customer service! You will be responsible for authorising repairs and servicing to the company's equipment and managing the business' Service Engineers' diaries accordingly.
