This role will suit a highly organised individual looking to become the go-to person in the team, where you will work closely with senior leaders and shape the future of the company through training and increased responsibilities. This company is a bespoke equipment and service provider with around 10 employees in this department. They are renowned for their technical expertise and partnerships with pioneering manufacturers. The Role: • Organizing and scheduling Engineers' site visits to customers to enable the best customer service • Liaising with customers to schedule future works and ensure compliance with all SLAs. • Further technical training to become a product specialist.
