What you will do As a Service Coordinator based at a client site in Capenhurst you are the primary contact for our engineers and customers. You are responsible for the day-to-day administration and operational activity which can include scheduling maintenance inspections to site HVAC equipment, ordering supplies, managing vendors, processing invoices and other general administrative tasks, using Service Max software. You will also be required to access client SAP systems to view upcoming maintenance tasks prior to uploading service reports and closing tasks to meet client KPI’s. How you will do it Report to the Service manager and site based JCI supervisor, with daily interaction with client’s maintenance lead.

Responsible for the planning and scheduling of our front-line service delivery team using JCI Service Max application.

Operate client SAP systems to interact with JCI Service Max.

Manage customer enquiries.

Process invoices and help with AR & AP enquiries, order supplies, and general managing of vendors.

Liaise with regional JCI office to request mobile technician support as required.

Support administrative tasks across the operational team.

What we look for Someone who is organised and can prioritise tasks.

Experience with Microsoft Office suite and with ordering and invoicing systems.

Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.

Ability to work independently and also as part of a wider team.

Experience building and maintaining relationships with clients, engineers, vendors, etc.

Previous experience in an administration role is desired.

Previous experience of Service Max and SAP operating systems is desired.

SC Clearance is required for site access; this will be actioned prior to initial start date.
