The Service Delivery team in Prudhoe provides customer support for our mobile distribution base. They work closely with EE and O2 each day, assisting with credit checks, new mobile connections, porting, and migrations. We're looking for a Service Delivery Advisor to join our friendly and supportive team. What you'll be doing

Process various partner requests, including credit checks, connections, upgrades, and ports, through our Intouch system, ensuring completion within service level agreements (SLAs). Collaborate with network partners and maintain clear records on each job, offering alternative solutions when needed to provide the best service. Prioritise and manage daily tasks, regularly update outstanding requests, and support the team as required to ensure a smooth workflow. Follow quality, security, and compliance guidelines, staying vigilant for potential fraud and adhering to health and safety policies. Your qualifications

Articulate, personable and a strong, clear communicator both written and verbally. Ability to problem solve and think on your feet. Computer literate, specifically with Microsoft Word and Excel. Team player. What's in it for you?
