A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Service Delivery Consultant to join a company based in Slough on a temporary basis.

Responsibilities:
This role reports into the Service Manager and sits in a team of 3, which is part of the wider Operations Team. You will be supporting 20 field engineers, ensuring all customers receive their services as contractually agreed. This is not an external customer-facing role but does require you to build relationships with the engineers, so we are looking for someone who is outgoing, confident, and has a robust nature with a good sense of humour! 95% of the services are pre-planned maintenance calls, but there will be a small element of scheduling emergency call outs and emailing customers to set these up. Requirements:
Experience in dispatch and scheduling is ideal, preferably within the shipping, supply chain, retail, or logistics industries. Experience with Salesforce would be ideal but is not essential.
