As Service Delivery Lead, you will oversee a diverse team responsible for managing business relationships, IT services, and vendor collaboration. Youll be at the forefront of implementing service improvements, ensuring high-quality IT performance, and fostering strong partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the IT Service Delivery team, aligning services with organisational goals.
  • Manage the performance of service operations, driving value and innovation.
  • Oversee the integration and management of services with third-party vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with IT standards and effective risk management.
  • Develop strategies for continuous improvement and resource optimisation.

What Youll Need:

  • Extensive experience in IT service delivery within complex organisations.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and service management (e.g., ITIL).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
