Our accounting SaaS client is looking for a Service Delivery Manager / Customer Success Manager to help sales partners and customers succeed through expert onboarding, training, and strategic support. This is a 12-month contract, offering £57,500 per annum, pro rata (PAYE). What You’ll Do:

Support sales partners with onboarding, strategy execution, and customer training. Act as the first point of contact to resolve complex customer queries with empathy and problem-solving expertise. Conduct consultative conversations, identifying customer pain points and providing tailored solutions. Utilize your accounting knowledge to assist both customers and internal teams. What We’re Looking For:

Strong ability to create urgency and encourage customers to activate and maximize their subscriptions. Proven experience managing relationships with external partners and internal sales teams. Excellent time management skills with a proactive, results-driven mindset. Eagerness to learn and stay updated on relevant software solutions. Experience engaging customers via outbound calls and emails, with excellent communication skills. Previous experience delivering software-based onboarding or training. A tenacious and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving. A customer-first mindset—committed to understanding and resolving customer challenges. A collaborative team player who excels at building relationships. Key Skills & Experience:

Background in accounting or bookkeeping (e.g., ACCA, ICB, CIPP). Strong understanding of payroll, accounting, and accountancy firm workflows. Proficiency with technology and software applications. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. If you’re ready to apply your
