Service Delivery Manager
Banbury – Covering the Midlands and Southwest
£41,603 - £43,793 per year
40 hours per week – Monday to Friday
We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to join our voids team covering a variety of sites across the Midlands and Southwest. Responsibilities include delivering high quality and cost effective property repairs, compliance and installation and estate services across the UK to mainly internal clients and additionally a small number of external clients. You will be provided with a company van and will have opportunities to develop your career within Sanctuary.
The role of Service Delivery Manager will include:
Overseeing repairs, ensuring they are carried out to a high standard
Inspecting works completed to ensure these represent value for money e.g. efficient use of materials
Managing the performance of the team of operatives
Maintaining compliance for health and safety, ensuring this is promoted and adhered to
Handling complaints and breakdowns in service to meet customer expectations
Working with colleagues to ensure work is arranged, prioritised and completed in an efficient manner
Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders and ensure the customer is our main focus.
Skills and experiences:
To ensure full compliance with Building Safety legislation, candidates applying for this role must be qualified to NVQ Level 3 in any trade or currently undertaking the qualification. If you have a lower level qualification along with practical experience and would be prepared to undertake this qualification with the support of Sanctuary Group, we would still welcome an application
A relevant HNC/HND is desirable
Proven experience of managing a successful team
Recent experience of undertaking a similar role, preferably within a building maintenance or facilities management environment
Working knowledge of the application of Health and Safety legislation
Proven experience of working to deadlines and prioritising workloads
Basic user of Microsoft Office packages, specifically Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook (or similar)
This role will involve driving on company business. In order to drive a company vehicle, drivers must hold a full valid UK driving licence
As part of the interview process, candidates will be required to bring with them the original certification verifying proof of their qualifications. Copies and CSCS cards will not be accepted.

£41,603 per annum (rising to £43,793 per annum after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)
Qualified Electricians undertaking quality checking duties will also receive an additional policy allowance of £500 per annum
