Energy One Limited, a leading provider of energy software solutions, is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our team in Solihull, UK. This role is pivotal in ensuring high-quality delivery of our cloud-hosted energy software across multiple products, with a focus on client satisfaction, seamless operations, and continuous improvement.
What you'll do:
- Drive Service Excellence: Manage end-to-end service delivery, leveraging ITIL best practices to meet SLA and KPI targets.
- Lead with Purpose: Coordinate incident management, conducting Root Cause Analysis to prevent recurrences and keep our systems stable and reliable.
- Champion Client Relationships: Act as the primary contact for clients, offering proactive updates and managing expectations to build trust and satisfaction.
- Inspire and Develop: Lead our support team, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and accountability.
What you'll need:
- 5+ years in service delivery management, ideally within energy markets, financial software, or SaaS/cloud environments.
- Strong technical proficiency in ITIL, ISO 27001 compliance, Jira Service Desk, and cloud infrastructure.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence outcomes, hold teams accountable, and embed effective processes.
- Excellent communication skills and a detail-oriented, proactive approach to problem-solving.
