Role Overview As the Service Delivery Manager, you will: Lead a small yet diverse and growing team to consistently exceed client expectations in our service delivery. Enhance and optimise systems and processes to support the team in delivering high-quality work. Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Implement and refine standard operating procedures, championing continuous improvement. Coach and mentor team members to deliver exceptional services. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement systems and processes that enhance efficiency in service delivery. Foster team collaboration to determine strategies, set timelines, budgets, and allocate resources for all proposals. Recruit top talent and promote a culture of continuous learning and development. Oversee internal project deliverables and timelines, ensuring clear communication and support for the team. Coordinate work among all stakeholders, leading the service delivery team. Collaborate with the sales team to create realistic service offerings for clients. Engage with clients to assess satisfaction levels. Ensure all reports are accurate and delivered on time. Achieve all critical goals within Outserve's control. Key Experience and Attributes Strong background in implementing improvements to systems and processes. Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate a team. Proactive in proposing innovative ideas. Skilled in diplomacy and building trust. Working Pattern:

Monday to Friday - hybrid working available. Our preference is 1 day at home and 4 days in the office. Perks of the Job The salary for this role is £45,000.
