Your Key Responsibilities - Service Delivery Manager Operational Leadership: Strategically allocate resources to maximise efficiency and reduce costs. Deliver projects within quoted costs and margins, ensuring consistent quality. Drive renewals of Service & Maintenance Agreements (SMA) and improve account management processes. Lead compliance with ISO9001 and leverage digital tools to optimize performance. Champion continuous improvements to streamline workflows and secure competitive advantages. Financial Oversight: Monitor and manage operational budgets to maintain profitability. Collaborate with Finance teams to develop and refine financial reports and identify areas for improvement. Team Development & Leadership: Lead and inspire the Service Delivery team of office-based staff and field engineers. Drive team performance through recruitment, training, coaching, and succession planning. Foster a culture of empowerment, accountability, and growth. Oversee HR functions including onboarding, training, and compliance with employment regulations. About You: Proven experience in operations management within service-led industries such as engineering or facilities management. A solid technical background, ideally in mechanical engineering, with the ability to communicate effectively in technical environments. Expertise in resource allocation, operational efficiency, and cost control. Strong financial acumen, including experience managing budgets and profitability. Outstanding leadership skills, with the ability to build, mentor, and empower teams. A proactive, customer-focused mindset, coupled with excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
