The Role : We are seeking an experienced Project Manager who specialises in UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in successfully implementing UKG solutions, particularly UKG Workforce Dimensions (UKG Pro WFM) & Workforce Central, and is adept at navigating the complexities of large-scale project management. Key Responsibilities : Lead UKG-related projects from conception to completion. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and on-budget project delivery. Manage project scopes, timelines, and resources effectively. Provide expertise in UKG Workforce Dimension & Workforce Central. Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies. Maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications : Minimum of 5 years of project management experience. Extensive experience in implementing UKG solutions, particularly UKG Workforce Dimensions (UKG Pro WFM) & Workforce Central. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. PMP or equivalent project management certification (preferred). Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field.
