Service Desk Analyst - 12 mth FTC Excellent opportunity to join one of core utility providers as they seek to grow out their already well-established IT Engineering Department. An exciting new opening has been made available for talented network support professionals to come in and be hands-on with network support, configuration, and security with the experience to mentor junior team members.

What do I need?

Understanding of ticketed support protocols and processes
