Service Desk Analyst (1st Line Support)
to join their team. With training, career progression, and personal development built into their culture, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow your IT career with a company that truly values its people. What You’ll Be Doing: Diagnosing and troubleshooting
hardware, software, and network issues. Using
remote desktop software
and ticketing systems to manage and resolve support requests. Supporting users in
Windows and macOS
environments, as well as mobile operating systems like iOS and Android. Resolving issues related to the
Microsoft 365 suite , including Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint. Managing user accounts in
Active Directory , such as resetting passwords and unlocking accounts. Handling basic
networking
queries, including IP addressing, DNS, and Wi-Fi connectivity issues. Troubleshooting hardware
such as desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals. What We’re Looking For: Experience in
basic IT troubleshooting , with the ability to identify and resolve a range of technical issues. A good understanding of
Windows and macOS
environments, with basic familiarity with mobile operating systems. Proficiency in the
Microsoft 365 suite , including Outlook and Teams, with troubleshooting experience. Knowledge of
Active Directory , including resetting passwords and managing access. An understanding of basic networking principles, such as IP addressing, DNS, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting. Strong
communication skills —you’re able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. A proactive attitude and a
willingness to learn and develop
