Service Desk Analyst

to join our SDI 4 Star Business Led Service Desk. Winners of Best Service Desk 2022. The role is perfect for someone who is customer-driven, technical and passionate about the latest technology. Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support to users. Maintain knowledge of Windows 11 and Office 365. Learn about our web-based line-of-business tools. Understand IT hardware and communicate technical terms clearly. Qualifications

Knowledge of Windows 11 and Office 365. Ability to learn about web-based line-of-business tools. Understanding of IT hardware. A qualification in IT Service Management or Service Desk Practice would be an asset. Closing date for this post is 12 noon, Friday 24th January 2025.
