You will be part of a busy internal IT Support Team supporting users across the UK remotely and also at desk side at head office providing 1st Line and 2nd Line Support for a range of IT software and hardware.
You will ideally have previous experience working within a Service desk or as a Service Desk Analyst / 1st line Technical Support / IT Support Analyst and be confident working with Active Directory, Exchange and have had exposure to supporting LAN, WAN, and Virtual Desktops.
Please note this role is based in Hemel Hempstead and will be office-based 5 days per week initially and 1 day working from home per week once fully trained.
In return, the company is offering a salary of up to £26,000 plus weekend on-call (from home) 1 weekend in 5 offering £300 per weekend (£3000 per year plus), excellent benefits, and a fantastic modern working environment.
