Service Desk Analyst London Up to £35,000 VIQU have partnered with an international Fortune 500 company who are seeking a service desk analyst to provide second line IT support to their UK offices. This role will focus on supporting users in a trading floor, so the ideal candidate must be used to providing support in a fast-paced environment. The role has four days a week on-site requirements in central London, paying up to £35,000 per annum. Duties of the Service Desk Analyst:

Provide second line IT support Manage hardware procurement and levels of stock Process IT invoices in a timely manner Configure and maintain desktops, mobiles, and Cisco desk phones Use Active Directory and Exchange to administer user profiles Manage access to applications using Okta and Zscaler Manage mobile devices with Intune Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 issues Monitor the environment using Logic Monitor Experience needed of the Service Desk Analyst:

3+ years of experience within an IT support role Experience supporting an Office 365 environment (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Experience with Windows servers and Windows 11 Previous experience utilizing Active Directory for user profiles and group policies Experience with Intune and Azure AD Previously used Mimecast to troubleshoot mail issues Strong communication skills both written and verbally To discuss this exciting opportunity in more detail, please
