Full time hrs on a temporary basis
Role Purpose:
Provide technical support, respond to enquiries, evaluate, and resolve ICT-related issues via phone, in person, and self-service. Key Responsibilities: Respond to and raise ICT service management cases, ensuring compliance with service level agreements and quality standards.
Support the Service Delivery strategy and roadmap
Engage with stakeholders, providing feedback to ensure service desk activities meet business needs.
Identify and promote opportunities for innovation and improvement in service transition lifecycle.
Support incident management and request fulfilment to meet performance standards.
Communicate effectively with end users and 3rd party providers.
Keep the service support manager informed of all service operation activities.
Contribute to the development and implementation of service support processes and compliance.
Support line management in consulting with clients regarding service support activities.
