Service Desk Analyst - Upto £25K - 4 days on site - Sheffield (Parking on-site) Our Client is a global supplier to the construction industry & they're looking to grow their service desk team! The Service Desk Analyst is responsible for providing first-line support to internal staff and partners. This role requires working in a split shift system to ensure coverage during peak times and quieter periods. The analyst will handle incoming tickets, perform checks on MS Teams consoles, manage network connectivity issues, and assist with new starters and leavers. The role involves using ServiceNow for ticket management, change approvals, and asset management, as well as Salesforce for CRM. The candidate should be process-driven and adhere to ITIL principles. Key Requirements: Strong customer service skills and a customer-oriented mindset. Experience with Intune and Active Directory (AD). Ability to work within a process-driven environment and adhere to ITIL principles. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
