27 Dec We are recruiting for a Service Desk Analyst to join a successful and growing company based in St Albans. Our client is one of the leading players in their field; they're a friendly, sociable company with a relaxed yet professional atmosphere. The successful candidate will provide support to users. You will prioritize and respond to tickets that come from multiple channels such as email, phone, chat, and walk-ups. These are raised mostly by internal users; however, you will be expected to communicate with customers from time to time to help them resolve technical issues. When required, you will perform diagnostic and root cause analysis. In addition, you will be involved in the monitoring and maintenance of computer systems and networks, including installing, configuring, and patching computer hardware, operating systems, and applications. depending on experience Hours:
Mon-Fri, 7.30-4pm/9am-5.30pm, 1 in 3 days on the early shift. Option to work from home 1 day per week after training period. 25 days holiday (increasing to 30 after 4 years) Bonus scheme after 6 months of service – up to 30% of salary!
