What to Expect

We are recruiting for a Service Desk Coordinator to join our Services team in Woking. As the Service Desk Coordinator, you will provide high quality, efficient, and friendly service to all McLaren Employees and external contacts that contact the Service Desk.

Please note this is a 12-month fixed-term contract.

What You'll Do

Ensuring customers are kept fully advised on progress of all work requests and ensure the services team is always briefed. Assisting the services team to achieve resolution of reactive and planned work orders within agreed timescales and achieve customer satisfaction across the business. Inputting and updating service desk data and preparing activity reports as needed. Maintaining continuity of service of the service desk in liaison with colleagues. Planning of key events/visits around the facility. Filing and document control duties. Recording and communicating issues concerned with the whole operation of the building. Other duties as may be requested.

What You'll Bring

Previous customer service & admin experience is essential. Ability to work effectively in a team. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A ‘can do’ attitude and determination to deliver service excellence. Ability to develop good working relationships. Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks accordingly. Good IT skills. Proactive quick thinker for problem resolution.
