You would be troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and networking issues either over the telephone or desk-side. The successful candidate will be flexible by nature, enthusiastic, and self-motivated. You should have excellent problem-solving skills, be a good team player, able to cope under pressure, and have previous experience of working to strict SLA’s and both team/individual targets. Preferred Candidate Experience:
