As a 2nd Line Service Desk Engineer, you will provide technical support to customers, resolve complex IT issues and ensure the seamless operations of IT environments. You will be a vital member of the Service Desk Team, leveraging your IT expertise and delivering high levels of customer satisfaction. Some of what you will be doing:
Meeting targets and adhering to SLAs End-to-end ownership of tickets Solving complex IT issues Responding to service desk tickets Providing technical guidance and support to clients Ideally, your skills and experience will include:
Working in an MSP environment Office 365 Azure Intune Sharepoint Server Infrastructure Networking Hypervisors, including ESXi and HyperV Server and Desktop Operating Systems Connect Wise Manage
