Desktop Support, Support Desk (SC Cleared) The Role Within this position, you will be working to provide critical solutions and ongoing technical support to software products. You will provide hardware and software support and implement technology at the operating system level across all server and network areas, becoming a business Subject Matter Expert (SME). Rate:

£250.00 per day inside IR35 Location:

Birmingham - 3 days a week onsite Duration:

6 Months Further Responsibilities Developing and implementing IT infrastructure strategies to enhance server and network areas. Ensuring workstation separability. Desktop Management. Maintaining good communications with multiple internal and external leaders. Installation experiences. Must be SC Cleared.
