Service Development Lead

to play a key role in expanding their services. You will have previous experience of building strong relationships with local authorities, NHS Trusts (ICBs & TCBs), and Housing Associations.

What You'll Do:

Drive new business opportunities across the UK, expanding our client's profile with ICBs, local authorities, and TCPs. Have an understanding of framework applications and have had previous success in securing framework agreements. Identify and complete the tender process to secure new care package referrals. Work closely with the wider team to scope, cost, and smoothly transition new business wins. Manage relationships with key stakeholders to ensure continued business growth and retention.

You'll Be a Great Fit If You Have:

Experience in business development within the healthcare sector, specifically complex care for adults with Learning disabilities, mental health, and/or autism. Strong understanding of tendering processes and sales growth strategies. Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. A keen eye for detail and the ability to manage complex data and financials. This is a nationwide role, so a full UK driving licence and vehicle are essential.

In return, you will be offered a salary of £55,000 - £60,000, a clear bonus structure which carries an on-target earning potential of up to £140k, an industry-leading pension scheme, a work-from-home role with full autonomy, and a paid travel allowance.
