Lead the wider team to improve outcomes for all young residents in the council's area. Provide and promote good quality service to improve the well-being of the residents. Provide strategic guidance to the wider team. Assist with the wider reforms the council is proposing to implement. Ideal Candidate Skills:
Qualified Social Worker. Excellent managerial skills. Experienced in creating strategies and providing realistic long-term objectives. Experienced in consulting with stakeholders and possess good decision-making skills.
