Service Engineer

to join their team! The ideal candidate will have a technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for customer service. As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the servicing and repairs of their products and equipment. Key Responsibilities for the Service Engineer: Perform installation, maintenance, and repair tasks on various equipment and systems. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to provide effective solutions. Collaborate with internal engineering departments to address and resolve client issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of service calls and repairs. Provide technical support to clients as needed. To qualify for the Service Engineer role you would need: Proven experience in a fitter and assembly role. Knowledge of Electro-mechanical equipment. Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics. Great communication and interpersonal skills. Valid driver’s license (clean driving record inclusive) and a valid passport. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. This role would be perfect for an individual who is aspiring to build their career and is open to individuals with Assembly or Technician experience looking to progress.
