Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, with participation in an on-call rota for out-of-hours support.

Job Description: As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction post-sale, contributing to the smooth and efficient running of the service and operations department. The Service Engineer will perform regular service activities, fault-finding, repair, and commissioning tasks, as well as assist with installation projects. You'll also participate in on-call rotas, providing crucial support to customers outside of normal working hours.

In this role, the Service Engineer will also manage documentation, including risk assessments and method statements, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. You'll build strong relationships with customers and internal teams, supporting a wide range of industrial technology products. Significant travel is required, so a full, clean driving licence is essential.

Skills & Experience: Strong background in electrical engineering, with experience in single and 3-phase systems Mechanical knowledge, including pipework and pumps Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills, with the ability to read engineering drawings A formal electrical qualification (IET preferred) Comfortable working at heights Experience in customer service and problem-solving Ability to work under pressure and on your own initiative Full, clean driving licence
