Service and maintenance of control panels and automated production line equipment, mainly remote with some in-person support for machine breakdowns. Previous PLC code interrogation experience (ideally with Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi or Siemens PLCs) and understand PLC logic. Interrogate a wide range of electrical equipment. Most of the work can be delivered remotely so trips to site might only be once a week or once a fortnight. Conduct inspections, testing and reporting of electrical systems. Out-of-hours roster for remote support - 1 in 4 weeks - uplift / overtime paid. Because of the x1.25 overtime rates and the uplift for being on-call, an OTE of £55-70k is very realistic. Ideally have an HNC/D in Electronic and Electrical Engineering (or related subject). 18th Edition - nice to have/desirable. At least 3 years' experience in a service engineering role or similar. Full UK driving licence - essential. Must be eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship.
