Role Overview: This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Field Service Engineer to contribute to a fast-growing company. The primary responsibilities include the installation and maintenance of water softeners and filtration systems. The successful candidate will also collaborate with the team on larger-scale projects when required. Key Responsibilities: Install, service, and maintain water softeners and filtration systems to the highest standards. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly and effectively. Collaborate with the team on larger projects and ensure seamless execution. Provide excellent customer service and maintain clear communication with clients. Travel as needed to client sites across the region. Role Requirements/Key Skills: Qualification in plumbing
– essential. Experience in the water treatment industry
– preferred. Strong ability to work independently and use initiative, while also being an effective team player. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. Full clean Irish driver’s licence
– required. Safe Pass
– an advantage. Manual handling certification
