An established compressed air solutions provider is seeking a skilled Service Engineer to join their team. With over 30 years of industry experience, the company offers professional services, including installation, maintenance, and repair of compressed air systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform installation, servicing, and maintenance of various compressed air equipment, including screw compressors, rotary vane, and piston-type compressors.
Conduct air audits and data logging to assess system performance and identify energy-saving opportunities.
Conduct air quality testing for breathing air and other critical applications, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
Provide technical support and troubleshoot for clients to ensure optimal system performance.
Maintain accurate service records and reports.
Qualifications and Experience:
Proven experience in servicing and maintaining compressed air systems.
Familiarity with brands such as Atlas Copco, Boge, CompAir, Elgi, HPC (Kaeser), and Ingersoll Rand.
Strong understanding of air treatment and nitrogen generation equipment.
Ability to conduct air audits and interpret data to recommend improvements.
Knowledge of air quality testing procedures and standards.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and customer-focused attitude.
