Otis is growing and is looking for a maintenance mechanic for one of our entities located within the North West of London. Your priority is to ensure the safety of passengers and technical stakeholders by safely maintaining a portfolio of elevator and escalator units. On a typical day you will: Carry out 100% of the elevator maintenance and service visits of the units within your area. Work within your defined geographical area, managing the portfolio of elevators within it. Respond proactively and quickly to fix any breakdowns, aiming to achieve first-time fix. Carry out minor repairs to achieve continual operation. Liaise directly with the customer while on site to build a good working relationship. What you will need to be successful

Hold an NVQ 3 in lift service, maintenance, install, or repairs. Hold a UK driver's licence. At least 24 months of experience in the elevator sector, ideally within the service, maintenance, or repairs sector. Good skills in electricity and electrical engineering. A committed professional, with safety as your priority. Comfortable communicating with others. Curious, adaptable, and able to work alone or in a team. Comfortable using electronic and digital tools.
