Service Engineer. Diesel Mechanic

We are expanding our generator/plant hire team with an exciting opportunity for an additional service engineer. We pride ourselves on our servicing skills and equipment quality and need a qualified engineer to help us maintain this fantastic service for our customers. This role would also be suitable for someone from another industry; however, we do require some experience of working on diesel engines. Duties: Servicing and repair of our plant hire fleet of diesel powered generators from 15-500kVA, tower lights, and heaters both in the yard and out on site. Occasional out of hours servicing on a rota system. Requirements: Experience of working on diesel engines (essential). A CSCS card (advantageous, but we can support you to obtain it if needed). Some electrical knowledge (beneficial). Full UK driving licence (required). This role would suit someone looking for a new position who has experience in the plant hire or diesel automotive industry.
